Tierney Kennedy will be our 'Keynote Speaker' on the day.  Tierney is the author of Back to Front Maths, the Interventions in Mathematics (both shortlisted for EPA awards in their first year of publishing) and she sits on the executive committee of the Queensland Association of Maths Teachers.  She is a highly sought-after conference speaker and has provided guest lecture series to undergraduate education students at James Cook University.  Her passion for better maths teaching and outcomes for students is contagious and inspiring while her sensible and practical approach inspires teachers to try new techniques for lasting change.

In addition to Tierney's keynote and workshops, there will be excellent workshops suitable to teachers from R-7 on each line of the program.
